Raymond Ip Recruitment Consultant

Raymond joined MTS in 2016, excited to be part of the recruiting industry. Coming from a marketing background, he found his interest for recruiting in HR. Since then, he has pursued recruiting as his career full time. Armed with a relentless pursuit to succeed, he can find a match for your experience and skill set.

Raymond holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from the University of Toronto. On his spare time, he enjoys power-lifting and catching up with old friends.

Disha Patil HR Intern

Disha joined MTS as an intern in 2018 and has grown into her current role as a recruiter since. Coming from the human resource background, recruiting peaked her interest and she wishes to expand her skills in the field of recruitment. Disha also has previous experience as part of various HR teams which helps her understand the different perspectives of clients and candidates.

 

Disha holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree as well as a post graduate certificate in Human Resource Management. In her free time, she likes to learn languages and travel to expand her global mindset.

Terry-Ann Bingham Recruitment Consultant

Terry-Ann joined MTS in 2019. She is from a recruitment background and has had approximately 4 years of experience targeting top talent, leveraging metrics and modern methods to fill high-priority positions, improve processes and build strong employer brands across various industries. Terry-Ann holds a Bachelors Degree and a Certificate in Human Resources Management.

On her spare time, she enjoys trying new cuisines, reading or socializing with family and friends.

Philip McDougall President

For Philip, recruiting is in his blood. He is a second generation engineering recruiter with over 20 years in the business.  Philip has enjoyed a career in recruiting, account management and as a senior executive. As the industry changed, Philip saw the opportunity to create a truly unique recruiting experience for the in-demand engineering market. He took this opportunity to create Modern Technical Staffing in 2009. With MTS, Philip has brought together a team of passionate staffing professionals who understand the engineering market. With Philip’s leadership, MTS will continue to grow as a leading provider of staffing services to the engineering market.

 

Jeremy Goldberg Vice President

Jeremy has spent most of his life connecting people with opportunities they are passionate about. As a vice president and a full-time recruiter, he brings over 18 years of experience in the field of engineering recruiting.

Starting as a summer student while pursuing a master’s degree in history at Wilfred Laurier University, Jeremy worked in the staffing industry from the ground up. Jeremy joined MTS in 2010, an exciting opportunity to create a specialized high-level agency with a focus on personal connections and relationships. Outside the office, he is a self-professed wine nerd, music and travel enthusiast.
