Ruth is a seasoned recruitment professional with over a decade of experience across multiple industries. Specializing in the oil and gas and manufacturing sectors, she has successfully connected top-tier talent with leading companies, ensuring optimal matches for both employers and candidates.
Ruth holds a first degree in Chemical Engineering, providing her with a deep understanding of the technical nuances within the manufacturing industry.
Outside of work, Ruth finds joy in the simple pleasures of walking, reading and cooking. She values these moments of tranquility as opportunities to unwind and enrich her mind.
Matthew is a Recruiter Consultant, joining in late October 2022. Upon receiving his Business Administration HR Diploma from Sheridan College, he quickly asserted himself as an IT Recruiter in Toronto. From there he took an approach to sales and Business Development, establishing himself as a Commercial Sales Specialist, networking and acquiring many skills over years of service. He is looking forward to success with Modern Technical Staffing, and the many wonderful candidates and clients he will be interacting with.
Matthew enjoys his personal time with his loved ones. He loves to watch and play various sports, read, being outdoors and Cinema. Going to concerts is the best way to listen to music.

Melanie is a new addition to the MTS family. She has 14 years of experience working in a non-profit organization, helping youth and adults find employment. Her experience lies in recruitment performing outreach and building relationships.
Melanie’s strength is in B-2-B sales where she has worked closely with Fortune 500 companies, targeting CEO’s and Executives and has been the front person in the negotiation process among North American and in international markets.
Melanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in History & Political Science from the University of Toronto.
In her spare time Melanie is an avid restorer of wicker furniture. She is a talented cook/baker and has a special relationship with all animals. In addition, she makes one-of-kind jewellery that has been sold internationally.
